Junior Guinea Pig
So the latest development in Weasley is a strange one. He seems to have balanced out in terms of poop consistencey, they are mostly a decent size (still a few small ones), a nice deep brown/black and mostly round with only a few with slightly pointy ends.
The issue is timing. He doesn't drop more than half a dozen poops overnight whilst I'm asleep (about 6 hours), and then will continue only dropping one or two an hour for most of the day. But then between around about 4pm and 10pm he will become like one of those christmas reindeer toys and just drop them every few minutes nearly non-stop.
This is the first time he's been on his own as an adult and has been ill the entire time so I've no idea if this is normal behaviour or not? Could it just be his meds having side effects due to prolonged use? He gets Septrin, Zantax and Emeprid around 7am/7pm and then 0.2ml Meloxaid at 10pm. The pooping usually seems to stop about an hour after the Meloxaid, but I also usually give his veg (a very small amount of pepper and cucumber for water/vit c as the vet reccommended) around this time. He has a vet appointment tomorrow, I was just curious as to if this is normal pooping behaviour or not.
Thanks all
