Oh No, Lump?

Well done Cissy. We love a feisty piggy. Feisty piggies have fight. Sorry to your mum that she got nibbled.

Yes feisty is definitely a good sign! Psht forget her, I'm covered in bruises :))

I had to bath my Poppy yesterday. Until yesterday she was known as Poppy Cushion because she’s so laid back. No longer. She’s now Poppy the Shark. My arms bear the pinch marks from multiple nips and tugs. She really isn’t a water baby.

Haha oh my the tugging! They just won't let go will they? :)) I'll have the same thing for a while I guess XD

I'm so pleased to see Cissy is doing well. That stitching is incredibly neat. I've been away this week and am still catching up with the forum. If she's nipping she must be feeling better! Sending best wishes to Cissy and her very caring slave.

Thank you! :D Oh yes she's definitely got plenty of fight in her :))

She's lost a bit of weight though so I'm hoping she can be fed more while I'm at work. It's bizarre, since this with Cissy none of the 5 are really eating a lot. Leaving hay and veggies til the next day is not like them at all. Has anyone heard of that before?

Hope all is well with your piggys today.
Spike ate less when Peanut was ill. I put it down to Peanut being syringe fed and not being any competition for the food so Spike could slow down. Spike normally eats twice as fast as Peanut, eats more and weighs more!

Thank you! Yes I was hoping it was just that. As she's the boss I thought it could have some kind of affect on the herd, hopefully not for long and they start to eat more :)

I’ve just seen this, how stressful for you. I’m glad that she is doing ok.

Thanks :) Yes she is, she's quite a brave young lady!

Just had our final check up today, I thought it best to go in as the little madam had pulled out some stitches! The good news is the little lump that appeared at the wound is normal and not an abscess and even though she's nibbled at it there's no infection and well on the way to being 100% again! Well, 95% as she's missing a nipple! :))

That is good news! One operation down and piggie nursed back to health, one more to go. I don't think I could cope with all that stress!

Thanks guys! :luv: She's been such a good little girl, even with the vet having to tug at the stitching a bit today.

Haha yes it's not great but I'm hoping it will be more simple with Tonks, in fact I think one of her lumps has disappeared? Hopefully we'll get better news and she won't need an op, but I'm not usually that lucky! :))

Oh bless her  Well, 95% of her... :))
That is great news! :luv: x

She'd like you to know that she's 95% of pure perfection :P x
