I was getting some work done today when I suddenly heard my skinny girl making a noise I’d never heard her make before - and soon realized she was CHIRPING! I’m so lucky I caught it on camera, but I wish I knew what the heck was going on inside her head lol!

It is quite an experience, isn't it?

Chirping is still the biggest cavy mystery because of its unpredictability and rarity.

Thank you for sharing Persephone's song . It’s made my day 😁. I’ve four boys and only heard Lenny chirp for a couple of seconds .
 
It's so cool to catch it on camera! I wish I knew what went on in their little heads when they do that!
 
It’s such a fascinating noise! I wish I had a piggie that chirped as i’ve only ever heard it in videos.
