Hi and welcome
Please check your piggy for wobbly or broken teeth as well and for whether the jaw is ok (don't press, just feel gently for soreness or swelling).
Any wobbly teeth should be seen by a vet as the break is below the gum line. Incisor teeth (the four front teeth) are actually about 4 cm/over 1 1/2 inches long and go long way back in the mouth.
You can disinfect the lip gently with homemade saline solution by boiling 250 ml or half a pint of water, cool and then mix in 1 teaspoon of salt. This creates a mild disinfectant. You can get sterile saline from a pharmacy as well.

Please follow our videos and tips to prevent blind jumps and accidental falls. Respect that guinea pigs are prey animals that do not see well over distance (unlike cats), so they cannot anticipate the landing.

Understanding Prey Animal Instincts, Guinea Pig Whispering and Cuddling Tips
Do not place a guinea pig head forward in the cage or hutch if you have to do it by hand. Instead always put them back bum end first. If they jump, they will fall towards your much softer body and you have a much better chance at catching them or at least breaking their fall.
I would strongly recommend that you bring up vet care with your parents and that you put a little away every week towards it so you can have them treated for easily cured illnesses and prevent them from having to dying in agony.
Vet care is unfortunately the largest budget post in any pet's live time expenses and part of your responsiblity as an owner. Most guinea pigs will need life-saving vet care at some point during their 5-7 years average life span.

PS: I would ask you kindly to please write normally but state the problem clearly in the title (instad of asking for help because the latter is what this section is about anyway) and to not use capitals in either title or text - they are actually much more difficult to read when we skim through the alerts.
We do our best to answer any post on our forum as soon as one of us is coming onto our UK based forum; we all do this for free in our free time. Our designated monitors whose knowledge and experience we fully trust have got a badge in their signature.
There is no need to shout for attention. If you state the problem in the title then you have a much better chance at getting a quicker answer and also catch the eye of somebody with specific experience with your issue. We are not social media. Thank you.
