Possible ringworm around eye - exotics vets not available - advice?

I rescued 3 pigs this weekend and 2 of them are sick! I think my boar may have ringworm (see pics). I know he needs to see a vet, but our local exotics vet isn't available for at least 10 days. I don't really want to leave him in discomfort that long. This is where I need advice - do I book him in with the exotics specialist, but leave it nearly two weeks, or see a regular vet and hopefully get him seen sooner? I don't know what to prioritise - the expertise or the wait-time. Thank you.

I would book him in with a regular vet; they will hopefully know how to handle it.

Update:

This is Griff's eye now, with no intervention or treatment. Still awaiting sample results, but if this was ringworm, it would have gotten worse (not better) untreated, surely?
