Red jelly thing in poop?

So today I had Penelope and Minnie out for floor time and I was cleaning up some of their poops on the floor from floor time and noticed this red jelly like glob from a poop.
When you touch it, the red color does come off on to you. They haven’t had veggies in a few days because I think they had some upset tummies so I know this isn’t from vegetables. I’ve never seen anything like this.

Update: my bf said he tried giving them some oxbow dried strawberries on Sunday and they ate some of them. Maybe this could be apart of the dried strawberry that didn’t get digested?
