Hello, me and my sister recently noticed a scab like thing on the back of my piggy i didn’t realise he was having hair loss in that area until i took the photos, should i be worried and is there anything i should do?

Is the skin okay now where the scab was any signs of dandruff or bleeding round there?
Is your piggy a funky haired Abyssinian pig? It looks to be were their rossette is.

There is no signs of bleeding but dandruff i’m not sure and yes its a Abyssinian guinea pig.
