Nancy has multiple things going on for her right now so I'm going to include them all in one thread.

So over a year ago she nearly had her ovaries removed, vet thought she could feel cysts and her behaviour indicated it. But on the day of the op the vet couldn't feel it anymore so it didn't go ahead. Since then she's been rumble strutting so many times a day, annoying Pumpkin. She at times has a couple of weeks, at most a month off and then restarts her behaviour for months. But the humping has got better.

January of this year she had smelly discharge and was put on baytril. March, she smelt again and was put on co-trimoxazole for a week. Then April, she was weeing blood. So she had an x-ray which ruled out bladder stones. She hasn't had her wee tested again, I asked about trying antibiotics, the vet said antibiotics aren't needed because she doesn't smell. And I think because she doesn't wee quite as much blood I assume.

The main thing I'm concerned about is her small wees. Can this happen due to sterile interstitial cystitis? She's not doing full wees. She is also squeaking at times when weeing and pooing. She's on cystease 1/2 capsule a day and metacam 0.4ml dog twice a day (she's 990g approx). She's also got little spots of blood in some of her wees.

She lost a tooth at the vets, probably when she was sedated.. Vet wants to see her soon anyway to check on how her tooth is growing in. I am seeing a recommended vet.

I do not have any experience with cysts but will give you a push to the top and hopefully someone affected might have some better advice for you.
Glad to hear you are able to see a recommended vet, and I hope you can get to the bottom of all poor Nancy's issues.

You may find this guide helpful as it has a section on ovarian cysts, although it seems you have a good grasp on what is going on with your girl -
Sows: Behaviour and female health problems (including ovarian cysts)

Wishing you and Nancy all the best x

Thank you. It feels like she has so much going on at once. They are both being treated for mites too. But I guess mites can come as a part of being poorly.

Is lots of little wees a sign of IC? Nancy has had her urine looked under the microscope twice in the last few weeks. Both times the vet says there is bacteria but not significant, in other words they think it's just contamination. She's been on co-trimoxazole for two weeks which didn't help. But I'm thinking what if it is relevant bacteria and not IC

I am going to tag @Wiebke, I hope this is okay, as it seems you havent really got a response.
Although I am not sure if there are any other threads out there by you, but I know that wiebke has a lot of knowledge on such and may be able to give you an answer.

I do not have any experience with any of this so do not want to comment on it. But there are many members on here who have also had similar issues who will hopefully be able to give you some advice soon x
