Weird chewing during sleep?

Hello! My (otherwise healthy) boar Wilbur does thing weird chewing thing when he’s sleeping, is this normal? Is it REM sleeping or something? It never happens for more than like 30-60 seconds and only when he’s sleeping. He’s not showing any other symptoms. He’s been doing this for a long time. But it got me concerned for a neurological issue, should I be concerned? I attached a video. TYIA!
