Found this on guniea pig today,his brother died this morning so want to know if should get this one checked too .

I'm sorry your photo is very dark. But if his brother died I would get him checked just incase.

Your picture is too dark, but it looks definitely like a vet trip for either ringworm or mange mites, which requires different treatment. neither of them cause sudden death, but they are a clear indication of a lowered/beleaguered/not yet fully developed immune system that is under extra pressure due to stress.
How long have you had your piggies and which country are you in? Please add the latter to your account details (via your username on the top bar).
