Ok, so basically I have 2 boars that live great together and then 3 that are alone (different cages).
Howard used to live with the other 2 but was unfortunately bullied and we separated him in August when he was around 4 months.
Mr Muffin and Blueberry were adopted by us when they were around 6 months and had fallen out around August as well when they were about 8 months.
Unfortunately, Howard only gets along well with Mr Muffin for so long before Mr Muffin gets aggressive.
Blueberry is scared of Howard as he's very straightforward and just wants friends.
Blueberry seems really excited when seeing Mr Muffin but the feeling isn't mutual.
(Mr Muffin was the one attacking Blueberry)
Dewey shares a cage with Louie and gets along with pretty much all of them but Louie doesn't as he recently attack Blueberry, he bullied and attacked Howard and attacked Me Muffin after we first got them.
The thing is Mr Muffin is extremely happier alone than when he was with Blueberry and Blueberry is exactly the same (really happy).
But Howard is a bit more happier with another guinea pig.
However, I'm not allowed to get another guinea pig in case another falling out happens and we have no room.
Is there anything I could try to see if the three separated could be friends?

You can only keep boars in pairs. Three or more together is a recipe for disaster and almost always results in fights (the failure rate amongst a boar trio is 90%). So, if you can’t make another pair out of the single boys, then they need to remain separate at all times. They can live separately but in adjoining cages so they can communicate through the bars for company.
