Double chin?

I’ve noticed my skinny pigs have what looks like a double chin, I’ve had a feel and there’s no lumps and they don’t seem to be in any pain or discomfort because of it, so I’m wondering if it is maybe fat, but I don’t think they are overweight at all. My pink girl, Amara has the biggest ‘chin’ and is 984g and my black girl, Eve has one too but not so big, she is 995g. Both of them were 1 year old last month. Does anyone know what it is? Are they overweight or is it something I should be worried about? As I said, it’s just squishy with no lumps and they’re not in pain so I have no clue.

Piggies do have dewlaps and they can be quite big I think. If you're worried then take your girls to the vet for a check, no harm in it.

Both my boys (though not skinnies) have a fluffy dewlap and neither is overweight. I'm pretty sure it's normal and nothing to worry about

I’ve just been reading up on dewlaps, I’d never heard of them before but I’m pretty sure that’s what they are. Thankyou x

I’ve no idea about few flaps on piggies but for sure I’ve developed two of them myself during lockdown and I feel fine
