I was thinking sperm rod. Have a look for it on guinealynx, they often have good pics.

How big was that, can you take a pic of it next to a coin or something?

It looks very much like a sperm rod to me; I have seen similar pics from other boys. Big rods like these can cause major pain and havock for the poor boy!
 
Agreed, very large sperm rod! I had one with my boys once but much much smaller. If you discover one again just be extremely careful when removing as they are often stuck with boar glue to skin, either the penis or the 'Willy case'and as you can imagine that would be very painful indeed! If it doesn't come away of its own accord then seek further help :)
Other than that nothing much to worry about, the joys of boys eh!? ;)

I measured it and it's about 3cm long, maybe slightly longer as it is curved a little. It slipped out pretty easily on it's own, didn't feel any tugging on it or anything. Very odd indeed :S
 
Yep, looks like a sperm rod to me too. I found a similar, smaller one with Frankie. It's useful to have some baby oil to hand when checking out their bits, as sometimes the penis doesn't go back in on its own. A dab of baby oil on a cotton bud usually helps.
