Meet Edamame šŸ˜

Back from the vets, both boys did well! Tofu has a clean bill of health, but they advised me to give him a bit of a bum bath again as he struggles to do that himself now

Ed’s ā€˜bald patch’ isn’t actually bald as the hair is all growing back. The vet said it looks like a thermal injury. I’m not sure where he could have done it, but they were in the carrier together on a hot day for Tofu’s eye appointment right before it appeared. Either way, it’s healing well and doesn’t look parasitic so as long as it continues to improve then he shouldn’t need any treatment. Otherwise he is growing well and no other signs of illness which is good

They did very well being out of the house. Tofu knows this vet and always behaves well, Ed didn’t wriggle too much haha. Fresh hay now they’re home!

First liner change today - Edamame had a ton of fun. Zooming all around the empty space, investigating the dustpan and brush, insisting on eating the old hay out of it… Tofu was rumbling like crazy and I think Ed is starting to try and copy him. He’s only managing tiny squeaks šŸ˜‚

My OH thinks I’m crazy for cooing over the poop size difference. Ed’s are just so small!
