what pellets are best for feeding babies? I currently have supreme science selective Guinea pig food which my adults eat but don't know what type of pellets my babies should be eating? They're a week old and don't know if they even eat pellets. Advice would be great! Thanks

Baby guineapigs start eating pellets when they are 5 days old. The brand you are using is the best! I would keep the pellets unlimited until they are adults. Have in pictures!?:love::love:

Babies start eating pellets almost as soon as they are born. I've used Science Selective with mine in the past but for a couple of weeks I soften them a bit with water first. I'll have a bowl of hard nuggets and a bowl of softened nuggets available at all times and when they are happy eating the soft ones I'll gradually offer them harder and harder until they are on the regular out of the bag nuggets.

This makes me realise how much I love baby piggies!

WANT! :)

More pics? Pretty please?

I lost Sponge, my Syrian at 2 years and 6 weeks yesterday. I'v changed Fluffy's cage and moved the piggies cage to where Sponge's used to be. The charity shop local to us is having Spinge's cage and accessories...because If I don't il simply get another hamster...and one hammy plus 2 piggies us enough fluffies for my lil bungalow!
