When looking around my piggy's cage I saw red/pink bedding. I realize that is blood in her urine. She went in her igloo and peed again, and there was blood in her pee again. I realize that most commonly if there is blood in the urine it is a UTI. Is there anything else that it could be? Is there something weird in here system? Is there anything I can give her that will make her better? Should I seek a vet? I don't know what to do, please help me.

Hello, sorry to hear this.

Definite vets visit, they will be able to test the urine with a dip stick to test for blood. Most common cause are as you say UTI's which often clear up with antibiotics. So would advise a vet visit, this thread shows how you can collect a sample to take How To Collect A Urine Sample

Sometimes we can turn a rusty colour due to chemicals in food, but when this happens it doesn't come out red.

Are hey squeaking when weeing?

Would get her checked out at vets, some antibiotics and a little pain killer often sort out urine infections speedily.
