The white thing like a little white worm to the right of the picture looks like a sperm rod , difficult to say from a photo
Personaly l would take you pig to your vet, or to a person who knows guinea pigs , and get it
Looked at properly, better safe than sorry

Thank you so so much! My family and I are planning on taking my baby to the vets tomorrow, I was just wondering, should we take his brother along with him please? Just so that it's less stressful knowing he has someone with him?

Yes, if possible it is best to take him and his brother along together for comfort and security.
Just make sure you have a suitable carrier to transport them in.
