I'm planning on getting my boar neutered so he can go in with the three females. I'm currently located in Liverpool and wondering if anyone can recommend any vets highly experienced in neutering guinea pigs. I'm really worried about the complications so want the most experienced vets possible I'm not just going to take him anywhere but has to be in Liverpool. Thank you!

Hi sorry for the late reply , ! no sorry all my usual vets have moved on, Sadly , l am looking for a good vet myself

I used village vets in woolton, couldn't recommend the vet enough, had three checkups free of charge because the vet wanted to make sure he was okay afterwards (had a slight reaction but the wound is almost healed now. ) very knowledgeable and only had one complication neutering gp's in his time of being a vet. :-) made sure I got an experienced vet and asked lots of questions when I rang

Hope he continues to make a good recovery. He'll be counting down those 6 weeks until he can meet his wives.
