So Fleetwood lost a decent amount of wieght around 2 weeks ago, and I was already tot and her to the vet, but she stopped losing weight. She hasn’t gained it back yet, but I thought maybe she’s just growing. And she acted fine. About 2 days ago I noticed whenever she saw me she started wheeking like crazy at me. I mean she won’t stop even if I take her out and hold her, and when I do take her out she is so hyper. I have food for her, water, toys, The only way I can get her to stop is when I give her an oxbow simple rewards treat. So I thought ok maybe she’s board so I played with her a bit, but she continues to squeak constantly. Just this evening I realized that when I first get her out of the cage and she sneaking like she’s about to die she has this like gargle noise in her throat like there’s water stuck or she’s kinda choking. So I wrestled her down and checked her airway as best as I could and she seems fine. Yet every time I get her out the gargle noise and wheeking continues. What in the world is happening.

The videos for showing the sound

if there are any medical issues going on, the only a vet is going to be able to help her. any weight loss needs to be checked out.

As for the constant squeaking, There are so many reasons that could be. Does she have a friend to live with? Could it be pain? Has she learnt that if she makes a noise then she gets treats (ie she has trained you!). Could be fear?

You can’t directly put video on this site. In any event, we wouldn’t be able to say what the noise is. Only a vet can do that.

She sounds like she needs attention and company. From what you write she lives alone. I’d recommend you try and find her a friend as soon as possible.

If you’re worried about anything take her to the vet. We can’t diagnose anything over the internet I'm afraid.

She has a cage mate whose completely calm, the cage mate hasn’t 100% warmed up to us yet

Good ☺️ Sorry I got that wrong.
Most take time to warm up to us. Have you been able to get her an appointment at all? And when did you get your piggies?
