Hello, so I don’t know if screaming would be the right word, but basically after the brushing failure yesterday I thought it might be a good idea to give Kuzco a little bum trim just to avoid matting as he’s a very fluffy boy, so after lap time we put Kronk back in the cage so that Steve could hold Kuzco while I cut, apart from rumbling, Kronk is a very quiet boy, but he was wheeking very very loud and running round the cage like mad, as soon as Kuzco was put in the cage he stopped, I can only assume that this means they’re really getting on but does this mean we can’t get them out separately? I don’t really know how I will be able to trim Kuzco if they’re both out

My Hector and Kiki are like this. They hate being parted, one will run around the cage looking for the other and “crying” and worried until they are reunited. They must have a strong bond ☺️

Some especially young piggies struggle with being left on their own; they will eventually grow out of it but once they have gained enough confidence, it is better to have them close by their companion and treat them as a double pack.

I mean it’s great news that they have bonded well, but it scared me so much 😅 he has never made that noise before, it came not long after he sulked with me because there was coriander for dinner instead of lettuce 😂

Betsy is the boss piggy so I always put her in the run first or the hutch first and then she contact calls the other two and stops immediately I put Meg or Patsy in the run or hutch. She never used to be like this, it's since she lost the love of her life Dennis. I don't think she likes being alone even for a minute. She's OK if she is out with me having a cuddle/laptime/health check/bum trim cos she loves her Mummy.
