Junior Guinea Pig
At the start of 2019 I adopted a pair of long haired sows and in September I decided to get a baby skinny pig sow to join my girls. The bonding did not go well and I was advised by people on here that it wouldn’t work out as one of my girls was lunging and nipping my skinny baby, so the next day I went back to the skinny breeder and bought one of the females she used to be housed with so I wouldn’t have to give up my skinny. So I’ve had a pair of long haired and a pair of skinny sows since September. Recently I was thinking if there was a chance I’d be able to try bonding these 2 pairs and making a herd, I was wondering if anyone had any advise on the proper way to go about bonding them as I’ve never bonded pairs and I’ve only ever successfully bonded boys or is there even any point in trying incase the same thing happens again?
