Sores all over my guinea pig?

This is my female 6ish year old guinea pig. She lives in a cage with another female her age - different breed. I had noticed these a while ago but she never seemed in pain, ate/pooped fine. They’re now all over her body and don’t seem to fully heal. She has minor patches of hair loss but those to grow back.

I’ve done a lot of research, and can’t figure out what this is. Like I said before she is eating/going to the bathroom fine, sleeping normally, popcorn’s, and doesn’t appear to be in pain at all.

Can anyone help me out?

Please have her seen by a vet for diagnosis particularly as it’s been going on for a while.

There are several things which can cause this so she needs to have a hands on check to determine what is going on and what treatment is needed

Ouchie, she looks sore. My guess is mites , old mite scars and new scabs from her itching. But you should take her to the vets to get a professional opinion. X

My first guess would be mites, but she needs a hands-on visit from a vet to confirm. That looks really uncomfortable, I hope you can find a solution for her!
