Two Male Guinea Pigs

I have two male piggies, around 6-7 months old. One of them is unfortunately causing a bit of trouble (Merry) and it constantly asserting his dominance. By this I mean shaking his bum and making the ‘durring’ noise as I call it, chasing my other piggie around and non- sexually mounting. My other piggie (Pippin) clearly gets stressed out and always ends up hiding away until all has calmed down. Their cage is all on my floor and takes up half of my room just about, plenty of tunnels and hides and chews. I’ve got two water bottles, two bowls for nuggets and two places I put hay. Some days I barely notice any trouble, but for example some days, like today, Merry won’t leave Pippin alone. He’s even decided to circle the house Pippin is in and lie in front of the door as if not letting him out. I obviously do not want to separate them, and was wondering if anyone had any other options or ideas to help out? Thanks
 
The majority of them do yes, and I couldn’t be too sure as it’s not all square or rectangular. Up one side it’s about 5 and a half feet, up another it’s about 6 feet, across the way probable about 4 feet, and it’s got an extra little 2x2 added on one bit. That’s roughly
 
I’m thinking it’s just that stage they go through and I might just have to hope they get over it.
