Hi,
I’m looking for some water bottle recommendations in the uk. I’ve just recently got the pets at home glass water bottle and I’m finding it quite problematic. I’ve switched from the ferplast plastic bottle as it was leaking really badly, I had multiple of those and it didn’t matter they all leaked. I’m having to check multiple times a day to make sure it’s working as it’s not working half the time and I’m worried the piggies aren’t getting enough water. I’m preferably looking for a bottle that you’d 100% recommend as most bottles are quite problematic.

Thanks, LittleNuggets.

I have one of the classic, roller-ball, red-lid water bottles, I find the trick is to squeeze it when it's filled (right way up) until it forms the correct vacuum.

I also have a Sippy Cup which I have had no problems with at all.

My boys happily use both :)

I’ve used the plastic Classic bottles for 30 years and never had any problems with them leaking. It is important to fill them to the top

I had problems with leaky bottles and tried every one under the sun. I eventually returned to the classic plastic roller ball type as I found all the others had been worse! Like others have said, fill it right up and then a little squeeze to create the vacuum. I also found tapping on the ball at the bottom seemed to help, but maybe that's just me.....

I have both the standard plastic bottles and also the sippy ones. The sippy ones don't leak at all. Although, I thought one of them did but then I realized that Georgie is just a messy drinker and gets water everywhere. With the plastic bottles I just pop a small dish under them to catch any drips. I only have these because my skinny pigs refuse to use the sippy bottles.
