I've recently posted about urgently rescuing a baby guinea pig as it was alone for weeks. This is about the baby.
I have noticed that all my piggies apart from one is completely fine with her. I
first noticed a small wound on her nose and thought it might have been a warning nip gone too far from a cage mate, I cleaned it and have applied solution. However, I noticed early when I picked her up she had a scab on her side and a bald patch. It look bad I think but it's healed and not recent I don't think. I'm not sure whether it's from before I rescued her or from one of my older piggies or even her barbering herself from stress.
The actions from my fattest piggy makes me think it could be her as she has been seen bullying.
I'm not really sure where to go from here apart from clean the wound in solution. And keep a sharp eye. I would love some kind advice ❤
The wound is on her side by her back leg. I've never seen a guinea pig wound in person so I'm not sure if this is bad or not.
**my cage is 4×8 c&c cage and is big enough, I also slowly introduced then when she arrived.
