Dying Pig?

Hi Everyone!
Thank you for your support last time, Lychee is back to eating everything, even grass and hay, and has gained weight - she did go back to the vet a few times bc her teeth weren’t serrated enough, and needs a once monthly teeth grinding.

However, her sister has now taken a turn. The vets are closed till Monday, but she’s crying and whimpering - can I up her metacam dose?
- she’s almost 2kg, vet said her weight is fine, and takes almost 2kg worth daily for health issues (painful benign lumps).
- she has a history of bladder stones when younger.
- today and last night she gets up to pee and cries/whimpers the whole time, lifting her butt up. Her pee doesn’t seem to be full of blood like with the stones, mbe a little discoloured. I’m not seeing calcium buildup on her poop like last time either, it does have sticky stuff around some of it tho.
- Potentially a UTI?
- I’ve given her the days dose already and she’s still crying. She never cries when sick, she a tough pig. Gave her 3kg worth. Google says this is too much but she’s still crying.
- Her fur is still glossy, she’s still fat and her eyes and nose are clean. She’s still eating.
- I’ve changed filtered water, removed the grain mix (it’s a healthy version), she’s not had grass for a bit - just capsicum, a little lettuce, cucumber and hay right now. I’ve attached a pic of her when healthy. She’s almost 6yrs.

Any advice or ways to ease her pain over the weekend would be super appreciated 🙏 Thank you for reading

Poor girl, it must be very painful. I can only send support, I hope she gets better soon 🙏The sooner she sees the vet the better 😔

Do you have access to an emergency vet ?
I know it’s not the same everywhere but in the UK all vets have an out of hours service.

We cannot advise on dosages, only a vet can do that.
Hope you can see a vet soon for your girl.

Glad Lychee is better now
