Since I joined the two cages, it eventually became a hassle to clean them out. I'd have to lift off the wire bit of one and clean then let them run into it so I can clean the other. Getting the bars back on was the bothersome part of it. so I bought some c&c grids and swapped out. It'll be sooo much easier now. I can just pop my arm over and poop pick/sweep/take the fleece out etc!
I also added a loft but blocked it off for now as Toffee looked like he wanted to climb up there!
I have bent a grid to use as a ramp, just need to figure out what to put on it (thinking wadding in fleece) and also what to put on the loft grid.
They seemed to like it as there was some popcorning. But I'm worried they'll hit themselves so should I place the platform a square higher?
Plan is to eventually move to a c&c cage
