Okay so I think I found a cage that will work but I don’t trust myself so can the pig experts here tell me if this cage looks okay for two guinea pigs (who get along not as well I hoped they would yet sometimes manage)? It looks divided to me but can someone make sure? ;-; Thank you! <33C84E31D-FAA4-4CDF-880D-A7635837AA49.webp

What size is it, and is it for boars or sows? I know quite a few use Midwest and they are liked.

It may work for two sows but for boars I would go bigger.

Have you considered C&C cages? They’re often a lot cheaper than commercial options; I believe the size I’m thinking about should only cost me $40. Nothing crazy, but for the size upgrade i feel its worth looking into.

Either or, for two sows I would go for 2x4 cubes or larger and for two boars/three sows I’d shoot for at least 2x5 cubes.

Thanks! I have two sows so I will try to find a larger one

Help ;-; can someone tell me if this is suitable for two sows? It’s 60$ and it’s 13.65 by 27.10D49BE2-0061-4161-A031-2C61713C51D1.webp

If it’s only 3 grids long I’d say go bigger. 2x4 is a good size for sows or a mixed sex pair. The size guide linked above is a good measure.
