Help! Guinea pig’s foot!

For everyone asking, he’s walking and getting around really well. He’s eating and drinking and healing quickly. I know some owners were worried about the care at petsmart but it was beyond my expections; the employees took really good care of him and even nicknamed him “Trip”
So pleased to hear this! I love that nickname.

If any of you are around and care for an update, he is doing awesome! Fully recovered and it doesn’t seem to drag him down at all. He’s such a happy snuggly little dude and loves to watch movies with me! His favorite treats are dehydrated peas and he is happily bonded with a new roommate who loves to be around him. Thank you for all your help & advice when I needed it <3

Yay! Very glad to hear that. Well done cutie pie 🥰 And well done to his slave for taking good care of him 😁👍🏾

So glad he's doing well! What a cutie! It's amazing how quickly they adapt to their circumstances.

Hi. I am so glad your piggie is ok. I have been a volunteer at April Lodge Guinea Pig Rescue for 11 years and am currently fostering a 3 year old with a large tumour on her front leg. Her only chance for a future is amputation. We have an extremely experienced vet who is confident of a good outcome. Its good to read of a guinea pig that is doing so well post surgery.
